Shipping policy

We offer free UK-wide delivery within 1-2 days. We will always try to despatch orders the same days if the order is received by 2pm and our default delivery service is Royal Mail 1st class which has a next day delivery standard (with >90% on time completion).

 

The reason we use Royal Mail is simply that they have the best nationwide next day service performance, especially to addresses around the Aberdeen areas from where we receive a lot of orders from oil industry workers.

However we reserve the right to change provider as appropriate which might include DHL or UPS or DPD or ParcelForce. We will usually do this do this in the event of a Royal Mail strike.

We will NEVER use EVRI.

For orders outside the UK we quote delivery charges on a case by case basis, depending on destination and order size / weight.
