We try to make it as quick and easy to purchase kits as possible.

Here’s how to do it.

For between 1 and 5 kits:

  • The price per kit is £25.00 excluding vat (ie: £30.00 including vat).
  • The easiest and quickest way to order is on Amazon UK (Prime)
    • Delivery is by Amazon and is free for Amazon Prime subscribers.
    • Small delivery charges may apply for non-prime subscribers or certain delivery destinations as per Amazon’s usual policies.
    • Amazon UK orders can be accepted for UK and EU deliveries only.
    • The exact expiry dates of kit components are clearly stated on the Amazon UK listing and are also clearly labelled on the underside of the external tin.

For 6 or more kits:

  • Progressive quantity discounts are available from just 6 kits and up.
  • Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements and get an immediate verbal or written quotation.
  • Payments can be accepted in the following ways:
    • Secure phone payment by debit or credit card.
    • Bank transfer.
  • Delivery is free within the UK for all orders.
  • Delivery is free to all EU destinations for orders >£400. For orders below that value there is a £25 flat fee.
  • Expiry dates of the kit components are fully communicated before order completion. Orders will always be fulfilled with kits using “same batch” components (ie: no variation in expiry dates between kits).
  • For customer orders over 100 kits a fresh production run of the malaria test cassettes and buffer fluid can be done to ensure the maximum 23-24 month expiry at time of delivery.
  • For corporate orders customisation of kit branding and contents is also available at customer request.
    • For example a customer may wish to add a booklet regarding their corporate travel security policies or protocols – this is not a problem.

Orders from outside the EU:

  • Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements and get an immediate verbal or written quotation.
  • All quotations for goods to be exported outside the EU are offered under an Ex Works incoterm (EXW).
    • Under the EXW incoterm it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods can be imported into the country of destination. All risks, costs and responsibilities transfer from Malarex Ltd to the buyer at the named dispatch location.

Malarex Limited is a vat registered company. A vat invoice will be provided for all orders.

All prices and delivery charges quoted above exclude vat except where explicitly mentioned.
